ck97 Terms and Conditions of Use

Single Account Rule

Each member may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, ck97 has the right to suspend all such accounts and forfeit any deposited funds.

Obligation to Provide Accurate Information

Members must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of account registration. The following applies:

• Providing false or misleading information will result in the account being closed immediately.
• A national identity card or other documentation may be requested in certain cases for identity verification.
• If a member's information changes, the support team must be notified without delay.
• The payment method and the account holder must be the same person.

Protection of Login Credentials

The account password and login details are entirely the member's responsibility. Sharing this information with third parties is strictly prohibited. If unauthorized access is suspected, contact ck97 support immediately. The member will be held responsible for all activity on the account.

Welcome Bonus

The ck97 welcome bonus is 100% of the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The following conditions apply for this bonus:

• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳42,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳20,000 bonus — total ৳62,000.
• A 25x wagering requirement must be met on the bonus amount only (not on the deposit).
• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 in bets must be completed.
• This bonus applies only once per account.

Bonus Abuse and Restrictions

If bonus terms are violated or evidence of bonus abuse is found, ck97 reserves the right to cancel any bonus, forfeit associated winnings, and suspend the account. Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or through multiple members of the same household will be considered abuse.

VIP and Cashback Program

ck97's VIP program has three tiers. Weekly cashback applies at the following rates for each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver — up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Gold — up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• As wagering volume increases, the opportunity to advance to a higher tier becomes available.
• ck97 reserves the right to change cashback terms and rates.

Service Availability and Interruptions

ck97 always strives to provide uninterrupted service. However, service may be temporarily disrupted due to technical maintenance, server upgrades, or unexpected technical issues. In such situations ck97 bears no liability for compensation, but every effort will be made to restore service as quickly as possible with members' convenience in mind.

Policy on Technical Errors

If incorrect results are displayed due to a software or hardware error, ck97 reserves the right to void that transaction and determine the correct result. Abnormal winnings displayed as a result of an error cannot be cashed out, and such amounts will be removed from the account.

Intellectual Property and Content Use

All content on the ck97 platform — logos, graphics, software, text, and any other elements — is protected under intellectual property law. Members may use content as applicable for personal and non-commercial purposes. Reproducing, distributing, or commercially using content without prior permission is prohibited.

Account Suspension and Closure Policy

ck97 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in any of the following situations: violation of the Terms, fraudulent activity, providing false information, age limit violation, operating multiple accounts, or suspicion of money laundering. If an account is closed for a legitimate reason, arrangements will be made to return deposited funds subject to applicable conditions.
